Rarely do we get a problem with our shopping cart. When we do, we can
usually eliminate this down to one of a few sources.
- the user is not using version 4.0 or greater of Netscape, Explorer or AOL's browser.
Go to our homepage and follow the icon to upgrade, if
need be.
- the user is using webtv. For some reason, some webtv users can't access our
shopping cart. We're still researching this but it may be due to an earlier version
of webtv. Make sure your're using the latest version.
- the user has cookies disallowed.
Cookies are what makes the shopping cart information pass from form to form. They
are used here for this purpose and nothing else. Simply, enable the use of cookies
in your preferences.
- the user may be accessing the site where there is a proxy server or firewall (at work,
for example) that prohibits secure transactions. If this is true, you'll need to
order from home. We can't bypass a firewall if it restricts this transaction.
Order from home or another computer OR call our toll free number.
Our shopping cart is very secure. You'll notice a lock or secure site icon on
your browser. The certificate, if you examine it, may say ibsnet.net. This is
our service provider for the site and we use their certificate.
If, after examining these options, you still have a problem, please email us with your problem.
The above solutions will eliminate 99% of all problems.
